Who we are
About Us
Strategic Priorities, Incorporated is a mission-driven social enterprise that helps community action agencies, utilities, states and tribes move from policy intent to measurable outcomes. We partner with executive teams to solve every day operational problems — faster benefit flows, clearer data-to-decision practices, stronger partnerships, and durable processes so families see real, equitable results. We combine practical operations work with organizational development and partnerships design, so improvements sustain.
Our Story
We began with a simple conviction: policy only matters when it reaches people reliably and equitably. After decades of public service and hands-on program leadership, we saw the same pattern across the country — strong intent, but inconsistent delivery. Strategic Priorities was created to close that gap.
Our work blends operational expertise with organizational insight. We help agencies and partners move from ideas to implementation, from complexity to clarity, and from short-term fixes to long-term, sustainable results.
How We Work
We meet leaders where they are and move quickly to what matters most. Our approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real-world operations.
Listen and diagnose. We start with focused conversations and rapid assessments to identify the single highest‑leverage change that will improve outcomes now.
Design for action. We translate strategy into clear operational steps, measurable indicators, and accountable roles.
Build capacity. We strengthen teams, boards, and partners so improvements continue long after the engagement ends.
Measure and adapt. We set simple metrics, monitor progress, and iterate until results are durable and equitable.
We roll up our sleeves alongside your staff, align stakeholders, and leave behind systems and practices that sustain progress.
